Jayplas rigid plastic sortation facility in South Normanton is the first step in our rigid plastic recycling, producing sorted single polymer bales from various qualities of mixed rigid plastic bales.

The Jayplas flexible sortation facility in Smethwick is the first step in our flexible plastic recycling, producing sorted single polymer bales of LDPE/LLDPE or PP from various qualities of mixed plastic flexible waste bales. Further processing allows Jayplas to produce recycled regranulate (pellet) and manufacture recycled flexible plastic packaging products.
