Jayplas investment in recycling supports the UK Plastic Pact for increased sustainability within the plastic packaging supply chain. We continue to lead the development of the UK’s recycling infrastructure to meet the high demand for quality recycled plastics in packaging.
With the introduction of the Plastic Packaging Tax in 2022, Jayplas recycling facilities support the clear economic incentive for businesses to use recycled material in the production of plastic packaging. A greater demand for recycled material, in turn, stimulates plastic packaging recycling levels alongside plastic packaging waste collection.

Jayplas products
Jayplas produce premium recycled plastic polymer regranulate (pellets) and recycled plastic packaging with upto 100% recycled content, made from post-consumer plastic packaging infeed materials supplied from Jayplas plastic recovery facilities and other UK plastic sortation facilities.

Packaging made in the UK from UK recycled plastic
Jayplas manufactures flexible packaging products with up to 100% recycled content and food-grade PET film with 100% recycled content for thermoforming packaging within the UK food packaging industry.
All Jayplas recycled products are carefully designed and manufactured to meet customer specifications, using pellets or flakes from Jayplas flexible and rigid packaging recycling facilities.
