Corby - Summary

Jayplas fully automated PET recycling and production facility, recycles post-consumer PET bottles, materials supplied from our South Normanton facility (PRF) and other UK waste management companies, into super cleaned rPET hot-washed clear flakes and through a PET extrusion process produces clear rPET food contact film for use in thermoforming packaging within the UK.

Continuous investment and innovation will allow us, from 2024 at our new facility in Wales, to also produce rPET food-grade pellets capable of being used directly in the production of PET bottles.
